The Steel Blue Argyle Zip Composite work boot is now available with a Composite Toe Cap. Our lightweight Composite Toe Cap’s are a non-metallic alternative to Steel Toe Caps. Composite Toe Caps are Airport friendly, and can be x-rayed, they won’t rust and also insulate against heat and cold.

The Steel Blue Argyle Zip Composite is a Men’s Ankle Boot with padded collar and tongue for all day comfort. Features include a TPU Outsole that is heat resistant to 130°C , Anti-Static properties and an industrial grade side zip for convenience.

Available in premium Black Water Resistant Leather, the Argyle Zip Composite features our Trisole® Comfort Technology which works to cushion your feet, knees, hips and lower back from day-to-day fatigue.

Upper Materials
Cowhide water-resistant full-grain or nubuck leather and stitched in Nylon thread. Non-Corrosive Lacing.

Toe Cap
200J composite metal free.

Lining Materials
This boot is lined with Baltico®, which is a soft, non-abrasive, hydrophobic material that wicks perspiration away from the foot, enabling the skin to remain cool and dry.

Full Innersole
Steel Blue full length footbeds that are inserted into the footwear to offer additional support and comfort. Made from soft polyurethane that will retain its shape and thickness throughout the life of the boot.

Insole
Heavy-duty, flexible anti-bacterial non-woven insole.

Midsole
Directly moulded Polyurethane midsole for greater shock absorption.

Outsole
Antistatic Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) outsole for superior wear properties. Heat resistant to 130ºC.

The Steel Blue Argyle Zip boots soling system is a patented three density soling system that offers a high level of comfort, shock absorbency and energy return. The system uses PORON® as energy absorbing pads under the pressure points of the foot to give the wearer superior comfort and offers similar shock absorbency and comfort to sports footwear.
